Full text (user-supplied PDF). Local economic-geology / dimension-and-cut-stone study around Khanu Brohi and Khadhar, Laki Range, District Jamshoro, Sindh (25 deg 25'N, 68 deg 09'E). Covers the Paleocene Lakhra Formation (upper Ranikot Group) and the Early-Middle Eocene Laki Formation (Sohnari + Meting limestone members). Used for economic-importance / dimension-stone facies content on the Lakhra Formation (recorded as attributed notes).
This page is the reverse of each unit's per-field citations — it shows exactly what this reference supports, making the dataset's “no source, no fact” rule browsable both ways.

- Economic importance: Brohi et al. (2012): around Khanu Brohi and Khadhar (Laki Range, District Jamshoro, Sindh) the Paleocene Lakhra Formation (upper Ranikot Group) yields dimension- and cut-stone-quality limestone — very hard, thick- to massive-bedded, sugary-textured, orange-yellow to pinkish-yellow (medium quality) — worked for decoration and construction; a distinctive Lakhra limestone bed also serves as the local marker for the Paleocene–Eocene boundary.

- Age: Brohi et al. (2012): in the Laki Range (Jamshoro) the Early–Middle Eocene Laki Formation (with its Sohnari and Meting limestone members) unconformably overlies the Paleocene Lakhra Formation; studied here for dimension/cut-stone potential. Corroborates the Early–Middle Eocene age.
