Documents the stratigraphic range of the foraminifer Eoannularia eocenica (Upper Paleocene to Middle Eocene) in northern Pakistan, occurring in the Upper Paleocene Lockhart Limestone (and the overlying Patala Formation) across Hazara, the Kala Chitta Range and the Salt Range (Nammal Gorge), associated with Lockhartia haimei, Miscellanea miscella and Ranikothalia sindensis; the Lower Paleocene Hangu Formation lies below the range.
This page is the reverse of each unit's per-field citations — it shows exactly what this reference supports, making the dataset's “no source, no fact” rule browsable both ways.

- Fossils: Sameeni (1989): the Upper Paleocene Lockhart Limestone (Hazara, Kala Chitta Range and Salt Range / Nammal Gorge) carries the benthonic foraminifer Eoannularia eocenica (its range in northern Pakistan is Upper Paleocene to Middle Eocene) together with Lockhartia haimei, Miscellanea miscella and Ranikothalia sindensis - a diagnostic Upper Paleocene assemblage.

- Fossils: Sameeni (1989): the Upper Paleocene Patala Formation, overlying the Lockhart Limestone in Hazara, the Kala Chitta Range and the Salt Range, carries the same Upper Paleocene foraminiferal assemblage, including Eoannularia eocenica (at the upper end of its range) with Lockhartia haimei, Miscellanea miscella and Ranikothalia sindensis.
