A Middle Jurassic limestone unit of the Shaksgam region, above the Aghil Limestone.

Tekri formation is named by Gaetani et al. (1990b) for oncolitic limestone and bioclastic packstones of middle Jurassic age, exposed in the Shaksgam region of eastern Karakorams.
